Overview

**These are contracted roles for a variety of different departments and programs.
Assignments can last between 90 days to a year. You will be hired and on-boarded
through our State Contracted Temporary Agency.**

• Closing Associates $32 per hour/ 35 hours per week 

• Closing Assistants/$25 per hour/ 35 hour week 

• Sr Compliance Officer $33 per hour/ 35 hours per week 

• Grant Processors- $25 per hour/ 40 hour week 

• Human Resources Administrator/$25.00 per hour/ 35 hours per week

• Administrative Assistant $25 per hour/ 35 hour week 

•Internal Auditors $25 per hour/ 35 hour week 

•Governance (board meeting relations/management) $35 per hour/ 35 hours per week 

•Program Compliance Specialist- $28.79 per hour/ 35 hours per week 

Program Specialist- $25.00 per hours/35 hours per week

Majority of these positions are fully remote
Hourly wage is determined by the position, starting at $20 per hour.
Personal equipment (computer) may be required.
If equipment is issued, candidate must be able to pick up devices from headquarters
located in Trenton NJ

General Qualifications 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software
    packages
  • Experience with CRM/Record creation/record notation/documentation upload
  • Documentation Review
  • Reporting review status
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; proficient in
    grammar, spelling and editing; and foster communications with customers,
    clients, business professionals and EDA staff
  • Available for all team member meetings.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and deal effectively and diplomatically
    with business professionals and EDA staff
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrates respectful behavior and promotes teamwork and communication to
    encourage an interactive, cooperative, collaborative and customer focused work
    environment among division, EDA staff and external customers.
  • Trouble shoot applicant questions based on program know
  • Flexibility to work within other programs and/or departments as necessary.
